During last weeks' craziness that was Artwalk and Cinco de Mayo complete with live music, live cupcake art and a packed house,  I tasked each team member to think of a cupcake idea inspired by their mom or grandmother. As usual, they didn't disappoint!  I loved hearing  their memories of their mom and what they wanted in her cupcake..  The most out of the box idea came in the form of grilled cheese as comfort food...I was intrigued to say the least.  Interestingly enough, I found a recipe and Tricia and I got to work making it our own.  It is unbelievably good and has become my new favorite :-)
